Melt Cosmetic’s CEO Lora Arellano is Goth Mama Goals

Lora Arellano is the co-founder and CEO of Melt Cosmetics. Melt was established in 2012 by Arellano and Dana Bromar, first creating colorful and highly pigmented lipsticks. Over the years, the brand has grown exponentially and is now sold at Sephora. Arellano gained traction in the makeup world through her cosmetics line, but also as Rihanna’s go to artist for tours and photoshoots.

Arellano is 33-years-old and she gave birth to her first child in August of 2018. She’s currently pregnant with her second child, announcing her pregnancy on Instagram on April 19th, 2020. In the midst of a pandemic, motherhood and a pregnancy, Arellano is still working away on her cosmetics line, recently launching the Four Twenty palette, which is the brand’s 10th eyeshadow palette. And in addition to shadows, the brand also creates highlighters, blush, eyeliner, lipstick and gloss.
